This two bedroom cottage is located in one of the most idyllic spots in Asheville. It is next to the forests of the Blue Ridge Parkway in a sheltered spot where the spring that feeds our stream and pond comes out of the mountain side. The rear deck is a very soothing place to enjoy the porch rockers. You can see a rich abundance of green foliage and listen to the sounds of the mountain stream and the fountain in the stream.
Of course, being surrounded by nature doesn’t mean you don’t have all the comforts of home, including a plush leather sofa and easy chair. A fully equipped kitchen is available for your convenience. Nor will you miss being connected, because our high-speed internet is available. In addition to cable TV, there is a library of over 1,000 videos to entertain you. As the photos these pages demonstrate Tracey’s Twin is uniquely decorated, as well as uniquely situated at the stream’s head.

Better that we had hoped. Definitely the most scenic, relaxing location in Willow Winds for a family vacation. Tracey’s Twin is by far the best – scenic and secluded. Enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub immensely. Best bets – Chimney Rock, Biltmore, and Linville Caverns & Falls. We will be back !!!

This was our first visit to Asheville & so glad we picked Willow Winds to stay at. It was a perfect place for a family of four. It gave the kids lots of room to get their “wiggles” out. They enjoyed all the activities on the grounds here, but we all enjoyed the hot tub immensely. We loved all the shopping, the hiking, and the gorgeous & amazing waterfalls. Never realized (nor appreciated) how gorgeous & amazing North Carolina is. We will definitely be back to get “spoiled” here at Willow Winds.

This was the perfect place to spend the holidays! Did the candlelight Christmas tour and dinner on New Years Eve and then veg’ed out in the cabin on New Years Day. Lots of side trips, great shopping, good food and relaxation. Our 8th year here – can’t wait to return!

My friends and I had a great time! Fall colors are amazing. It was so relaxing! We are all moms and we needed a little break. It could have worked better. Thanks Willow Winds. We will be back with the whole family.

I have stayed in the best hotels in the U.S. and this tops them all. Great location & guest accommodations, courteous staff…..the works!

We were here in three cabins! We especially enjoyed the water balloon station. We didn’t catch any fish but we never got any corn. Everything we needed was here – from band-aids & flashlights to books on Asheville.
