Some of our homes are renovated, and others are new construction, yet they are all beautifully decorated with designer touches and fully furnished with modern amenities. DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED:

A deposit equal to 1/2 of the total rate is required when reservations are made. The deposit is fully refundable (minus a $25.00 processing fee) if we are notified 30 days in advance of cancellation. If notified two weeks in advance of cancellation, it is 50% refundable. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable. Balance due upon arrival. Rates are subject to change. Full payment in advance is required for holidays.
