Because we offer more amenities, more romance, and recreational opportunities than other vacation rentals, the weekends, holidays, leaf season, and summer season are booked well in advance.

We have a five night minimum for the month of June, July as well as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. This requirement may be waived for last minute reservations, only. Please call the office for availability.

Our mid-week rates (Sunday - Thursday) are a bargain year-round. If you wish to come on weekends, you should book early to enjoy the beauty of our spectacular blooming Spring gardens . Also, book early in order to enjoy your favorite week in the Summer, as July and August always become fully booked.

For the months of January, February, and March, we are making available a 10% discount from our off-peak rates. Receive a an additional 10% discount for a total discount of 20% for same day reservations only, based on availability. For a limited time we are making available a special 20% discount for those last-minute getaways. You must ask for "Last Minute Getaway" when making reservations. This offer cannot be combined with special packages. Cancellations are not accepted. A two-night minimum stay is required. This 20% discount is good only for same day reservations and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. All reservations that are accepted for this offer will be honored.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED: A deposit equal to 1/2 of the total rate is required when reservations are made. The deposit is fully refundable (minus a $25.00 processing fee) if we are notified 30 days in advance of cancellation. If notified two weeks in advance of cancellation, it is 50% refundable. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable. Balance due upon arrival. Rates are subject to change. Full payment in advance is required for holidays.

EARLY DEPARTURES: There will be no refund for early departures.

GROUP BOOKINGS: On all group bookings a $100.00 refundable security deposit is required for each cabin in a group booking. The security deposit is $100.00 per cabin and is paid 50% in advance and 50% at arrival. The security deposit must be paid on one credit card and will be refunded only to one credit card. In addition a deposit equal to one half of the total room rate and tax is required when all reservations are made.

Group Reservations / Multiple cabin reservations need to have one person as our contact. This person will be responsible for paying the Security Deposits to secure the reservations and the balance of the security deposits at arrival. The security deposits will be returned to the contact persons credit card within 10 business days of the groups departure provided that the homes contents are intact and there is no damage other than reasonable wear and tear.

We do not divide the security deposits on group reservations.
