One of the original houses in Willow Winds, this beautiful log and cedar home has more than 2500 square feet, and it overlooks the gardens, mountain stream, pond and fountains below. It is a unique Asheville blend of the old and the new. The original structure was made of hand hewn logs, and it was late expanded with modern additions.
The master bedroom suite is very large and features a private deck and hot tub. The second bedroom has a separate sitting room, another queen-sized bed and a day bed. The living room has a fireplace, and the floor-to-ceiling windows give a beautiful view of outside forest and gardens. Enjoy your dinners in the separate dining room, or enjoy your meals while sitting outside on the wonderful front porch.

Happy Easter!
What a joy to wake up on Easter morning to a beautiful view after a good nights rest. Our family of five has really enjoyed the comfort of Pat's Place and all that Willow Winds has to offer. WE ARE NOT ready to leave and are already counting the days until we can return, hopefully this year in late summer or early fall.

P.S. (from the kids) This place rocks! Thank you!!! I liked the playgrounds and our cabin. I liked that I got my own bed in Pats Place. But most of all I liked spending time with my family! This place is the BEST!

….All I can honestly say is that Willow Winds continues to impress and intrigue the family and I. The mountain air is fantastic, making a nice team with the well stocked trout pond! The fishing here was once again great, and the people were once again friendly. I know that despite not catching any “big ones” this time out, we will return once again to take in all the new beauties that Willow Winds has to offer! We dearly appreciate everything that has come to make our time on vacation truly worth while.

Dear Willow Winds,
Last year Sandy’s Chalet was great and this year Pat’s Place has been awesome! I love the sound of the fountain at night. What a peaceful way to be eased to sleep. It’s always so lovely here. We are already looking forward to next time.

It was great coming “home” to this cabin rather than a stale hotel room in between wedding festivities. It made our long weekend much more relaxing. I’d love to come back on a family vacation sometime!

How very fortunate we were to have found this treasure nestled in the Blue Ridge! Willow Winds couldn’t have been more perfect for three sisters celebrating a birthday and retirement. Wonderful accommodations and a roaring fire on cold winter evenings was the crowning touch. We are already planning a return visit. Thank you for this ideal get-away.

Took a well needed long weekend with family, this is the most peaceful, accommodating place we have ever stayed. The hostess was very kind & very helpful. The scenery was God given (only God can make trees – especially with these colors!!). Pat’s Place was just like home. We simply do not want to leave! We’ll definitely be back!

Pat’s Place was wonderful! This is our second time at Willow Winds and we loved it even more. It’s a great place for our “city” kids to explore nature and just have fun being kids while mom and dad have a truly relaxing vacation. We really enjoyed the hiking trails behind the cabins and the trout pond is always a hit. Thanks for such wonderful vacation. We can’t wait to come back again!

Really enjoyed our 4th visit to Willow Winds and Pat’s Place. A perfect place for R&R. Enjoyed the upgrades in the master bath, the cozy living room around the fireplace, and afternoons on the two porches where the sun warmed us nicely. Also enjoyed the fish pond….We look forward to visiting again.
