This wonderful Asheville ranch home boasts an extra large great room which is the perfect place to just "kick back" and enjoy visiting with family and friends, entertaining, or just stretch out and read a good book while lazing in the leather furniture. Beautifully decorated and furnished with designer touches, the home features hardwood floors in the great room, a skylight, and a wonderful rock fireplace surrounded with large French doors and windows.
Stroll out to the large deck to enjoy the view of the mountain stream, pond, fountain, and waterfall below or relax in the hot tub. Two bedrooms and two baths provide plenty of space to accommodate two couples or a family with children. It is located in the heart of Willow Winds, next to the indoor workout gym and near the office and game porch.

This makes my 3rd trip here to Willow Winds. Because of this place, my love for Asheville has grown. I am now a loyal return visitor here at Willow winds and to Asheville. Each cabin offers a unique experience. Mike’s Place especially being near the pond and having the hammock right here. The staff & owners do a fantastic job here. Everything a person could need is provided, even things I wouldn’t normally think of like flashlights and a first aid kit. This experience is making me wonder if I should move to Asheville or if I should just keep this my special escape place or my 2nd home! I love it here!

Third time is definitely a charm! This is our 3rd visit to Willow Winds – 2nd time at Mike’s Place. How peaceful and tranquil this is --what a haven!! We look forward to visit #4!

What a lovely, wooded oasis you have here! So beautifully and graciously maintained. My mom’s mobility is impaired, so Mike’s Place was extremely suited to her needs. Particularly appreciated the 2-day passes to Biltmore—that was the main reason for our trip. Mom had wanted to see it for about 30 years, and we made it happen, thanks to your accommodating “cabin”. The robes with our package were a lovely touch, as were the yummy cookies. Thanks for an enjoyable time. My hubby and I will definitely visit again! Neil, Kate, & Rita

Our cabin was absolutely wonderful, the service and cleanliness of the cabins were superb. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We had the best meals at the Biltmore Bistro and Rezaz, they both are a must! Looking forward to many more years at Willow Winds. Laura & David
