Larry’s Mountain lodge is one of the most private of our Asheville cabins. Tucked into a mountain side and only feet away from the forests of the Blue Ridge Parkway, this cozy cottage allows you to feel close to nature while enjoying all of the comforts of home. It is located at the end of Cherry Blossom Lane. One of our newest cabins, it is one of our largest one bedroom cabins, providing plenty of space, while remaining cozy. It is the ideal romantic retreat. For those who like to stay connected, you and use our high speed internet while listening to the sounds of nature and our large fountain above the cabin.

We absolutely loved our stay. It’s our first visit to the Asheville area and there is so much to do! The cabin is perfect and more than enough room for two. We especially loved the seclusion, yet we’re still close to our family who were also staying at Willow Winds. We are already looking forward to another stay, maybe in the winter next time!

Don’t change a thing! 2nd Anniversary for us and our fist trip without our son and we loved it! Willow Winds and Asheville can be whatever you desire but always Relaxing! This is our 4th trip to Willow Winds and we have stayed at Larry’s Mountain Lodge each time. Outstanding in every way! It rained most of the week and we still enjoyed ourselves. We went to Cataloochee and were very fortunate to see a good size herd of Elk. We had never seen Elk in the wild and had been reading about the National Park Service reintroducing them to the area, and we were really glad we went. Will be Back Again! Barb & Ed

What a wonderful cabin with all the amenities! Everything is so thoughtfully done. We will highly recommend Willow Winds and we will definitely be back. Chimney Rock and Biltmore Estate were worth every minute. Lots of good time together and away from the responsibilities of home and work@

A great romantic getaway! If you are willing to travel a little further Grandfather Mountain is a must. Willow Winds is fabulous and I can’t wait to visit again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Larry’s Lodge and spent the majority of our time in front of the fireplace and in the hot tub. We liked Provence 620 and Southside Café. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to returning in the fall!
