Jen’s Jewel is ideally located where two beautiful virgin Asheville forests meet. It is bordered by both the forests of the Blue Ridge Parkway and the forests of the Biltmore Company. It is ideally located for viewing wildlife, such as deer and wild turkey. The wood paneled vaulted ceilings provide spaciousness while retaining the feel of a cozy one-bedroom cottage. For enjoying the outdoors, there are rockers on the rear deck, as well as an outdoor grill. There is a hammock near a small fountain. You can hear the sounds of nature blend with the sound of falling water. Our hot tubs are ideal for relaxing at the day’s end.

This was our first visit to Willow winds and we loved it! Jen’s Jewel was a great cabin for two. We loved how it was tucked away from the rest of the cabins…We will definitely be coming back sometime and we are sad to leave!

This is our sixth visit to Willow Winds. When the ladies in the office checked us in they said “Welcome Home” and that’s exactly how it feels to us! We’ve had another perfect day and haven’t left the grounds since we checked in. I’m not looking forward to getting in the car to leave.

Willow Winds is an extraordinary escape from the everyday bustle of real life. It was amazing to wake up our first day here to it snowing. It was wonderful to sit out on the porch and watch the deer stroll through as if we weren’t even there. The Biltmore was just as beautiful in reality as it is captured in any book. We highly recommend Christmas at the Biltmore. The trees, lights and performances set the tone for a romantic and relaxing getaway. “Jen’s Jewel” is an impeccable cabin with the seclusion & privacy that we were looking for. Not only will we be back, we are planning to bring the ENTIRE family with us. This is truly a treasure to be shared with all!

We arrived at a perfect time of the year—leaves were a thousand shades of red & gold, temperatures were cool the whole day. This is truly a well kept secret (we found the place by accident on a web search) and a perfect get away spot. No signs of civilization yet only 3 to 4 miles from great restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

What an incredible place to enjoy God’s creation! We thought Colorado was the only scenic place to go until we visited Asheville! We will definitely come again! Blue Ridge Parkway is amazing! The colors of the leaves were spectacular!...We loved Jen’s Jewel and the feeling of being tucked away in the mountains yet so close to town!

Jen’s is indeed a “jewel” – we didn’t know what to expect but this was truly beyond our expectations. We spent three nights and really wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was so nice, clean, and quiet. If we come back this way we most certainly will be staying here. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

“Jen’s Jewel” truly is a jewel. We came to Asheville for a family wedding and our trip was so enhanced by our stay at Willow Winds. We return home refreshed & relaxed from sitting on the deck & watching the butterflies and listening to the peaceful rustling of the trees. Many Thanks!
