Don’s Den is an ideally located Asheville vacation rental, with forests on one side and hemlocks to screen the other side. Its location above the mountain stream and playground make it a great spot to enjoy a relaxing mountain scene. Its wrap around deck with porch rockers, outdoor dining table and electric grill enable a family to enjoy the outdoors to the maximum.
Don’s has the same floor plan as Jackie’s Gem and is also one of our two “round houses”, being octagon in shape and made of stone and cedar. It has three bedrooms and two full baths, so it packs a lot of room in a romantic cabin. Its cathedral ceilings and abundant windows give the upper floor a feeling of spaciousness.

What a great trip! Wow! What a beautiful place. We came here for my mother and grandmothers birthdays. It is a great cabin and easy to fall asleep in. It’s a great place for a 13 year old and a 12 year old. The fountain in the back was frozen solid. The gyms a great place to work out. Asheville is the most wonderful place for art lovers. I hope you enjoy this cabin and Asheville as much as we did.

Dear Willow Winds,
My husband and I brought our mothers here as a Christmas present. They really enjoyed the cabin and all the amenities you offered. It was very convenient to almost everything. We will be returning this summer with our kids so they can enjoy it also. Thank you so much for being so great and it being just like it was on the internet.

We have had such a wonderful weekend. From the moment we stepped foot on the grounds we fell in love. My husband, within five minutes was proclaiming “I’m not going home. You can’t make me.”
Don’s Den was beautiful with its unique architecture. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub…..Thanks again.

We are so sad to be leaving today. We have enjoyed both the cabin and the Asheville area. This is our children’s first trip out of Florida and Willow Winds has made it perfect! We enjoyed walking, the play porch, basketball hoop, playgrounds, and (of course) the water balloons! The cabin was cozy and a cute chipmunk joined us each morning on the downstairs patio….There is so much to do we definitely need another trip! Willow Winds has helped give our family memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you! We will be back! Chris & Katherine

We had a fantastic time! Sooo impressed with this cabin and the resort altogether. Will be back in the Spring. We already want to plan another trip and honestly wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else!

Love Love this house. Clean I mean barefoot clean. Cozy and warm, it was 32 last night. Quiet Comfortable beds! We loved staying here…Outdoors cold, crisp, & beautiful. Locals were so nice can’t wait for today….
