2. Willow Winds charges no additional fees except for the sales and occupancy taxes required by law. There are no $75 or $85 cleaning fees and $30 “hot tub sanitation fees” as charged by many vacation rentals or the “resort fees”, internet charges, and other fees charged by hotels and resorts. Also, there is no need to buy expensive trip insurance which can cost an additional 8% of your rent,as recommended by some vacation rental managers, because we will cheerfully refund your money if because of natural or unforeseen disasters our cabins are not suitable for occupancy. |
