Asheville blooms in the summer months. Only five minutes away, the magnificent Biltmore Estate is especially appealing in the summer and fall. With our Biltmore packages, guests can enjoy free tickets for two full days at the Biltmore Estate for as little as a three night stay. Unlike other mountain cabins, which are pretty drab after leaves have fallen, the beauty of Willow Winds is year round. With the abundant moisture for the past year, our woodland gardens have never been greener. Our cabins are surrounded by thousands of evergreen trees, shrubs and bushes. Our thousands of hemlock, holly, cypress, and pine trees are complemented by thousands of rhododendrons, mahonia belias, and azaleas as well as hundreds of nandinas, variegated privet, firepower, English laurels and golden holly bushes. In the colder months, the abundant red berries in our nadinas and hollies provide a beautiful contrast to the dark green of our evergreen foliage.
The temperatures are generally moderate during the day and cooler at night, ideal for many outdoor activities, such as hiking and taking advantage of the on-site recreational facilities. A few minutes away are a number of fine restaurants and the lively night life of downtown Asheville. A lively new town, Biltmore Park Town Square is only 15 minutes south of us, complete with fine new restaurants and a theater. During the evening hours, it is hard to beat our luxury private hot tubs on the bedroom decks. The off peak rates which apply to several months of the year are especially attractive and our special packages are even more economical.

Guests who purchase a ticket from the Willow Winds office will have a ticket valid for two consecutive days instead of the usual one day. This special is only on tickets purchased at Willow Winds, not available on-line or at the Biltmore Welcome Center Ticket Office.
Children nine and younger will be admitted free all year long. Kids 10 to 16 are admitted at half the adult admission price when charged.
